Rule of High-ranking Single Word (Where Key Concept Isn't a Single Word)

Scenario
You have a Key Concept with several words and you encounter a very high ranking word that may or may not be in the Key Concept or the Page URL, but you can't be sure if the word is too broad.

Action
Do a search on the Keyword. If the result is the same or similar to the Key Concept, This is a likely Primary Keyword or Secondary Keyword.

Example
The Key Concept is "What is PEMDAS?

Keyword List shows "pemdas" as a Keyword with a very high Search Volume.

A quick search of "pemdas" shows results very similar to "What is PEMDAS?"
