Scenario
Several Keyword options appear in the Lesson Keyword List that are sentence fragments. They appear as incomplete thoughts or they imply another word or phrase. 

Action 
Do not select these Keywords. This is probably because these phrases will rank naturally and also because these are not suitable Keywords to create an outline for the Lesson.

Example
Below, you can see two Keywords that are fragments: "ketoacidosis is a complication of" and "diabetic ketoacidosis occurs when".
