Set up a file for Study.com individual for Keyword Selection.

Process
  1. Grab fresh batches from Study.com Sharepoint server
    1. Login to Study.com from this link
      1. Request Account verification code
      2. Check email (often in Spam folder)
    2. Navigate to Available Work
    3. Download new files
    4. Save to Study.com KW Selection project Data - In folder
    5. Convert to Google Sheets and delete XLS file
  2. Set-up File
    1. Set font to Verdana 9pt
    2. Freeze Header Row
    3. Add QA Column 
      1. Add Data Validation 
        1. List of Items
        2. No Intent,Good KW,Learner KW,Redndnt,Better PKW,Better SKW,High SV,Low SV,Fragment,Calculator,Subject,Title,Synonym,What Is,10 KW,RP,DP
  3. Add Counter Formula
    1. Enter "1" into first row
    2. Enter formula in next row
      1. =if(N3=N2, M2, (M2+1))
    3. Double click cell to autofill column
  4. Highlight Lesson First Rows in Yellow

Grab new batch:

Login to Study.com from this link & request account verification code


Check email (often in Spam folder) & enter code




Download new files






Save to Study.com KW Selection project Data - In folder


Save as Google Sheets



Format and Setup File

Set font to Verdana 9pt


Freeze Header Row



Insert QA Column & Set  Data Validation

No Intent,Good KW,Learner KW,Redndnt,Better PKW,Better SKW,High SV,Low SV,Fragment,Calculator,Subject,Title,Synonym,What Is,10 KW,RP,DP

Add Row Counter Formula

Add "1" to row M1 and Add formula to M2 =if(N3=N2, M2, (M2+1))


Highlight first rows of Lessons in yellow
